What we can actually cut, in numbers. Every limit below is the same one the quoting engine enforces — if a drawing exceeds it you'll be told at upload, not after you've paid.
Processes

Laser Cutting
LASERClean edges, tight tolerances, no tooling.

- Parts that need a finish-ready edge
- Prototypes and repeat production alike
The default choice for sheet work. A laser cuts a narrow kerf (0.1-0.3 mm), so fine detail survives and the edge usually needs no secondary finishing.
Plasma Cutting
PLASMAFaster and cheaper on thicker steel.
- Thicker mild steel where a laser is overkill
- Structural parts that will be welded or machined after
- Cost-sensitive work with relaxed tolerances
Best suited to 3 mm and above. Below that the arc is wider than the sheet is thick, which blows out the edge and warps the part -- choose laser for thin gauge.
Part size
A part has to nest inside a single sheet. We hold two stock sizes, and your drawing is checked against both — measured by the smallest rectangle the part genuinely fits in, not the angle it happens to be drawn at.
- 1250 × 2500 mm — standard stock, most widely available
- 1500 × 3000 mm — larger stock, not held by every partner
- Anything larger is routed to a manual quote rather than auto-priced.
Design rules
Checked automatically on every upload, so a drawing that breaks one is flagged before you pay rather than after a partner tries to cut it.
